Think of this as the wind dungeon, in finest Zelda tradition. There's still the basic dungeon layout going on here: a series of puzzles to complete and an over-arching theme to the style of the dungeon. In previous Zelda outings this would've been named a dungeon or temple, though this is still pretty different to those concepts in previous games.
